Currently, stop markers are drawn as a single element, above all routes.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • It is possible to draw stop markers underneath routes (for an example of a use for this, see the official BART map, where normal stops are drawn as a black line underneath the routes).
  • Stop markers have multiple layers which can be styled independently (for example, a text marker could have a background element which has a stroke to create an outline).
